Lord, I thank You for hearing me in my hour of need. I thank You for suffering so I can truly live and live with You. I cry out to You, my God. I need help. I put my trust in You. My life is in Your hands. Amen.

You are worthy beyond my words, Adonai. But I still thank You and praise You. You parted oceans and difficult circumstances in my life. You stilled the raging in me, and now I can sing Your praises. Hallelujah! Amen.

I don't understand anything right now, God. I know I need You but I don't know how to walk with You. I hear things about You, receive it sometimes, but I feel so stuck. I just want to be honest with You and myself. I want to seek You and praise You. Show me the way. I surrender my confusion, these constant thoughts in my head I don't want anymore. I surrender to You, my Lord and Savior. Amen.

Jesus, I confess and admit I have fallen away. I repent. I turn away from those ways, I don't want to run away from You and this life anymore. I just want You. I want to want You, Lord! I know You forgive me, You always do. I forgive myself, because You forgive me first. Help me to live a new life now. I choose You. I choose to live in Your blessing and I surrender my life to You in Jesus Name. I will follow You forever and always, Amen!
